Payment Methods

  1. Online through the Community Website Portal (one time or recurring payments from your checking account).

    Access your Community Website Portal at:

    https://portal.ikocommunitymanagement.com

    Click on “Make a Payment” on the left menu or click the “Payments” button on the bottom of the page. This will allow you to set a one time or recurring payment using your bank account information (routing and account number). This service is available free of charge.

    Note: If you have set up your Association payments previously set-up through the Mutual of Omaha Bank website please note the following:

    If you wish to use Mutual of Omaha and not the homeowner portal, you will have no issue and payments will process as normal.

  2. Payments through Mutual of Omaha Bank (Credit Cards or ACH).
    • Pay by eCheck

      Use Online Bill Pay to make a one-time payment or create a payment schedule – absolutely free – from any checking account you have with any financial institution.

    • Pay with a Credit Card

      Use your credit or debit card to make a quick one-time payment or register to make scheduled card payments and review your transaction history.

      Pay your IKO Community Management Dues Online

      You will be redirected to the Mutual of Omaha Bank payment portal.

  3. Pay by Mail

    Use the coupon supplied by your Association to make a payment.
