Pay Online

Online Payments through the Community Website Portal allows for payment by E-Check (ACH),  Credit and Debit Cards.

  • Click on “Make a Payment” on the left menu or click the “Payments” button on the bottom of the page. This will direct you to our third-party payment provider, ClickPay,
    • This provides you with a simplified and secure method of making payments online. You can set up automatic recurring or one-time payments by e-check (ACH) from a bank account for free.
  • This also provides the option to make payment with any major credit or debit card for a fee.

 

Payment by Mail:

Use the Coupon supplied by your Association to make a payment by mail. View a sample Coupon.

If you pay by check or money order, please mail your payments to the address below.

If you pay through your own bank’s Online Bill Pay feature, please log in to your own online bank account and use Payee’s address as follows:

Checks should be:

  • Made payable to the Association name listed on your coupon.
  • Include the remittance slip/coupon with your payments by mail.
  • Include your property account number (found on your coupon) in the notes section of your check or your Online Bill Pay settings.
