Who's On Your Side In Community Management?

Since 1980, IKO Community Management's success has been driven by qualified individuals with outstanding property and HOA management, real estate, land development, and accounting experience and expertise.

Meet a few members of our dedicated team:

Cherri Warren, Principal & Vice President and Director of Operations: Cherri is a principal at IKO Community Management and has been a member of the team since its inception.

She continues to oversee and manage the administrative procedures and personnel-related matters as well assisting our property managers with their residential communities, including single-family homes and condominiums.

She has more than 20 years of experience in accounting with a focus on financial management after graduating from the Abbey Business Institute. For the past decade, she’s provided accounting services to more than 90 homeowners and condominium associations.

She’s also a member of CAI.

Terry Cromwell, CMCA, AMS, Community Manager: Terry has been a community manager at IKO for about two and a half years.

Prior to this company, she graduated from Towson University and worked in community management for Community Association Services, Inc in Gaithersburg for more than eight years. She was also an executive director for Somerford Assisted Living in Hagerstown for about seven years.

She has also volunteered as a commissioner for Montgomery County Commission On Common Ownership Communities.
